Safety Statement

It is a legal requirement under the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005, Section 20, that all employers, including the self-employed, must have a written Safety Statement.
The fundamental aim of the Safety, Health & Welfare Act 2005 is the provision of a safe place of work for all employees.  The Act covers every type of workplace and every kind of work in the public & private sectors.  The associated Safety, Health & Welfare @ Work (General Application) Regulations 2007 provides more particular legislative requirements in the workplace.   A  Safety Statement is crucial for the workplace, not just for its legislative status but also as an effective management tool for maintaining the required  Safety standards for accident prevention.

Complete  Safety Statement (Manual) including: -

  • Survey of site and premise (Risk Assessment)
  • Provision of  Safety Statement Manual, which incorporates a complete hazard analysis and risk assessment survey. It also includes control suggestions for the elimination of all risks.
  • Certificate for premises display.
  • Accident report book.
  • We can provide expert advice regarding all matters in relation to health, safety and welfare.
  • We can provide all health and safety training including induction training in accordance with your specifications.
  • Inspection Reports 
  • Employee Acknowledgement Form 

 

Retainer Option
