- HACCP is a food safety management system designed to ultimately prevent food poisoning. This is a legal requirement. Our team develops a detailed user-friendly food safety management system based on the HACCP principles for each client. Our manuals are up to date and comply with ISO Standards.
The implementation of our system includes:
- Initial survey carried out at your premises followed by a written report with any recommendations we may have.
- Food Safety Management Manual including all relevant documentation and records.
- Management familiarisation session with your new system.
- All relevant signage provided.
- HACCP certification.
Most of our HACCP packages include staff training, contact us for a quotation.
Retainer Option
Our retainer option is developed for clients who wish to have an ongoing monitoring system in place.
